Shipping Policy

Radios Zone ships communication equipment and accessories via USPS. This policy covers our order cutoff time, handling time, transit time, and what to expect from placing your order to delivery.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Every order goes through a handling period of 1–2 business days after the order cutoff above. During this time, your order is inspected, packed, and prepared for pickup by USPS.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Transit Time

Once your order is dispatched, USPS transit typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Combined with the 1–2 day handling period, most orders arrive within roughly 4–9 business days of being placed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in an order, contact us at Sales@radioszone.com to check availability and shipping options.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout — delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Someone should be available to receive higher-value equipment shipments where a signature may be required.
